The Boss of all the bosses - Wes at his best. This is a relatively easy song and learning it will give a lot of goodies. Inspired by this article of Dave Liebman I decided not only transcribe and learn to play it but to make more detailed analysis. I hope you will enjoy it and pdf with tabs/notation is ready here for you so no excuses :) I choose the studio version with organ trio configuration which is my favorite sound of Wes. I know there are few transcriptions on YouTube and probably somewhere else too but I did my own study and most probably you can find my own mistakes there. Thanks for the great work the transcription is really detailed and perfectly played. I have a question. In Wes’s version he plays Eb7 instead of Em7b5 A7. Why did you write the chords from the real book version? Is there a specific reason? Thanks
